Four handmade toys with an experimental technique for the capturing and conveying of specific mental states. They were born from my spirits yet are completely separated from my identity. Silicon and cornstarch mixture created a surprisingly smooth and skin-like texture. Together with their weights, which are similar to animals of the same size, as well as their intimate scales, they appear warm and accessible. When I hold each of them in my hands, I can almost feel their hearts beating and sense them resonating with my emotions. They are sincere and vulnerable, maybe with the tiniest amount of defensiveness for self-protection. None of them were perfectly made, which only made them all the more precious.
