My professional art therapy experience is consisted of multiple clinical settings, including adult inpatient psychiatry, addiction recovery center (PROS program), as well as outpatient mental health clinic. My approach is based on the belief that art-making is inherently therapeutic. Creating art promotes creative self-expression, mindfulness, autonomy and agency, hope and resilience, as well as nervous system regulation. My orientation in practice is relational, person-centered, trauma-informed, and strength-based.
